Our Manufacturing Partners
We believe great products come from strong, long-term partnerships.
Rather than working with a large network of factories, we choose to work closely with a small number of manufacturing partners who share our approach to quality, consistency, and continual improvement. These relationships allow us to focus on better materials, better fit, and better outcomes over time — for everyone involved.
How We Work
- We take a hands-on approach to manufacturing. Our partners are chosen carefully and work with us closely throughout development and production.
What matters most to us:
- Long-term relationships, not short-term production
- Clear expectations around quality and consistency
- Open communication throughout every production run
- A shared commitment to improving materials and processes over time
Working Standards
These include:
- Safe and well-maintained working environments
- Compliance with local labour laws and regulations
- Standard working hours with regular rest days
- Overtime that is voluntary and managed responsibly
- Zero tolerance for forced or child labour
These expectations form part of how we select partners and how we continue to work together.
Our Manufacturing Partners

We currently work with two core manufacturing partners, each specialising in a key part of our range.
Hemp & Recycled Nylon Headwear - Xiamen, China.
We’ve worked with our headwear manufacturing partner in Xiamen, China since 2021, partnering from the very beginning of the brand. Over the past five years, this long-term relationship has played a key role in shaping the quality, fit, and durability of our hemp and recycled nylon hats.
They specialise in headwear manufacturing and bring a strong commitment to producing premium products, with close attention paid to materials, construction, and finishing. Their experience working with hemp and recycled fabrics allows us to maintain consistency across every style while continuing to refine fit and performance over time.
Alongside quality, we value their commitment to responsible production standards. This includes safe working environments, compliance with local labour laws, standard working hours with regular rest days, and overtime that is voluntary and managed responsibly. They operate with a zero-tolerance approach to forced or child labour, aligning with the expectations we hold across our manufacturing partners.
Working closely through development and production allows us to uphold these standards while delivering the level of quality we expect in every hat.
Hemp T-Shirts - Shandong, China

Our hemp t-shirts are produced in Shandong, China by a specialist apparel manufacturing partner with over 20 years of experience working with natural and lower-impact fibres. We’ve worked together since 2021, partnering from the very beginning of the brand to develop garments that prioritise comfort, durability, and longevity.
Natural fibres like hemp require careful handling throughout fabric and garment production, and this partner brings deep experience in managing those complexities. Their operation spans both fabric and garment manufacturing, allowing for close control over quality, consistency, and finishing — particularly important for managing shrinkage, fit, and long-term wear.
Alongside a focus on producing premium garments, our manufacturing partner operates in line with established production standards, including safe working environments, compliance with local labour laws, regular rest days, and overtime that is voluntary and managed responsibly. They also work with accredited testing bodies to ensure products meet relevant safety and compliance requirements, and maintain a zero-tolerance approach to forced or child labour.
